Self-Reflective Questions

Keep things Simple. Know Your Heaven&Hell. Stay on your Way & Be Authentic.

Asking yourself questions on a regular basis is the most important task on the way of well-being. Keeping yourself updated in the understanding of yourself in the context of your life can give you the answers for your current blocks, goals, emotional and mental state. It also helps you to strengthen your self-management capacities, grow the connection and the trust with yourself by enableing yourself to make the right decisions, based on your own meanings.

Here are 20 questions for you which help you to understand yourself clearer in general terms.

Take your time with each question. The task is not to get to the end of the questions, but to gain clear understanding on the areas that each question covers. When you finished responding, each time read the question, your answer and as yourself if it is all that you have in you about this question or there is more. If there is more, continue writing, until the Q doesn’t trigger more movement in yourself.

Enjoy the journey towards yourself

(...and may it be the main focus on each step of your life)!
